Automotive Sales Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant at Poquet Auto Sales, located in Golden Valley, MN. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, providing detailed information about our inventory, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Daily tasks include maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals.

$60,000/annually Base Pay + Commission

• One year or more of sales experience in automotive sales is required
• Saturday availability required
• Automotive sales and customer retention skills
• Excellent customer satisfaction and communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work one-on-one with customers to understand and address customer needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Staying knowledgeable about all vehicle features and accessories
• Creating sales leads through in-bound calls, walk-ins, internet prospects, etc.
• Maintaining strong customer follow-up to ensure repeat business and referrals
