• Monday–Friday schedule – Typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. We start/finish anytime between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM.

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• No on-call rotation*
• Properties located throughout the Twin Cities
• Office based in Golden Valley, MN

• $28–$31 per hour, based on experience
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
• PTO, Paid Holidays, and Floating Holidays

You’ll bring your experience to a wide range of building maintenance work, including:

• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Plumbing maintenance and repair
• HVAC inspection and servicing
• Painting, drywall, and carpentry
• Preventive maintenance and long-term solutions
• Delivering professional, high-quality work our clients trust

• 5+ years of building maintenance experience
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
• CPO certification preferred
• Special Boiler’s License preferred

Building Maintenance Management is a locally owned, family-run business serving the Twin Cities since 1987. We provide preventive maintenance, general building maintenance, renovations, and remodeling for multi-family and commercial properties.
