• A Journeyman Electrical License valid in the State of Minnesota.
• 3+ years of experience as an industrial or machine services electrician.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, and machinery and professional experience working with PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, including OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.
• May be required to successfully complete location‑specific training to maintain eligibility for position.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical components of production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including PLCs, motors, sensors, and wiring.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure machinery uptime and optimal performance.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Install, upgrade, and modify electrical systems as necessary to improve machine performance or safety.
• Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and solve complex equipment issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and company protocols for lockout/tagout, electrical work, and equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical repairs, replacements, and maintenance performed.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment performance and reliability.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new equipment installations and modifications.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
