This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands‑on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include:

• Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines
• Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants
• Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on‑site training
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service needs.

• $22-$23/hr starting pay, with overtime opportunities. Estimated yearly between $60,000-$65,000.
• Monday-Friday schedule working 7:00am-4:30pm with overtime opportunities.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least three years.
