We're looking for a Fleet Manager ( Dedicated ) to join our team! In this role, The Dedicated Fleet Manager coordinates all freight planning, driver assignments, and equipment utilization for a division of Dedicated Trucking. You ensure regulatory compliance, maximize driver and equipment productivity, and deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers. This position requires strong communication, time management, and customer service skills to maintain daily operations and driver engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and assign loads, ensuring full driver and equipment utilization while meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain awareness of each assigned driver’s preferences, home time needs, and working conditions.
  • Monitor driver hours of service and regulatory compliance before dispatching.
  • Manage mileage expectations for drivers based on account objectives or weekly mileage goals.
  • Track drivers on high-security loads and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to driver, customer, and supplier inquiries during and after business hours.
  • Provide drivers with necessary customer contact information and directions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ year of transportation industry experience.
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with TMW, Omnitracs, and Qualcomm systems.
  • 3+ years of experience as a fleet manager or dispatcher.
  • Extensive knowledge of DOT compliance regulations, hours of service, controlled substance policies, and vehicle compliance standards.
About the Role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $62,000.00 - $76,000.00. Starting pay within this range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
