Nikka Densok USA, Inc., a leader in leak detection equipment within the pharmaceutical packaging industry, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join a small and growing team. This role is primarily focused on bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities, with light administrative support.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and stepping into an established system with minimal training.
This role supports business activity across multiple U.S. states and international operations, requiring attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage recurring financial tasks effectively.
Specific Responsibilities and Requirements- Strong, hands‑on experience with Quick Books Online
, including entering transactions, maintaining records, and generating standard reports (A/R, A/P, P&L) - Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and send customer invoices; monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Record and track financial transactions accurately and consistently
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports for internal use
- Support payroll processing and payroll‑related tax filings
- Assist with tracking and reporting multi‑state tax obligations
, including sales tax and quarterly filings - Maintain company financial records, documentation, and compliance materials
- Support internal and external communication related to financial and administrative processes
- Assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks, including parts quotations and order coordination
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and standard office technologies
- Operate effectively in a small team environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Handle confidential financial and employee information with discretion
- Support general office operations, including administrative coordination and document management
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and shipping materials as needed
- Communicate clearly across internal teams and external contacts
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accountability in all work
- 3–8+ years of hands‑on bookkeeping or accounting experience in a small business or lean team environment
- Demonstrated experience managing full‑cycle bookkeeping responsibilities independently
- Daily use of Quick Books Online with ownership of data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
- Familiarity with multi‑state tax tracking, sales tax, or basic compliance reporting
- Experience supporting payroll processes (ADP or similar platforms preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and operate in a role where responsibilities are broad
- Full‑Time
- Standard business hours:
Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM - On‑site
- Salary range: $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience
