Accountant, Financial Reporting

Description

Robert Half is partnering with a small Engineering firm in Golden on an Accountant opening. This role will report directly to the President and be the go-to person in the office for the engineering staff.

We're partnering with a growing firm in Golden looking for a hands-on Accountant to own the full accounting cycle and support leadership with financial insights.

What you'll do:

+ Manage AP/AR, billing, and collections

+ Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR support

+ Handle banking, cash flow, and reconciliations

+ Lead month-end close and financial reporting

+ Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategy

+ Support day-to-day operations in a small, collaborative office

This role is in office with some flexibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- At least 5 years of experience in a full-charge accounting or staff accountant role with ownership of the complete accounting cycle.

- Strong working knowledge of general ledger management, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency with Quick Books Online and solid skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word and Teams is also required.

- Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.
