Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, coding, and approvals
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger activity
Complete bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
Maintain project budgets and track change orders and project costs
Perform variance analysis and assist with investor reporting
Support accounting across multiple entities and real estate projects
Maintain corporate, vendor, loan, and project documentation
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
General ledger accounting and account reconciliation experience
Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Quick Books Online experience preferred
Experience working with multiple entities is a plus
Consolidated financial reporting experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable learning new technology and improving existing processes
