• Work closely with senior leadership and gain visibility across the organization

• Build experience with full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and project accounting

• Get exposure to multiple entities and investment-related accounting activities

• Help improve processes through automation, technology, and AI-driven efficiencies

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, coding, and approvals

• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger activity

• Complete bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting

• Maintain project budgets and track change orders and project costs

• Perform variance analysis and assist with investor reporting

• Support accounting across multiple entities and real estate projects

• Maintain corporate, vendor, loan, and project documentation

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

• General ledger accounting and account reconciliation experience

• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Quick Books Online experience preferred

• Experience working with multiple entities is a plus

• Consolidated financial reporting experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable learning new technology and improving existing processes
