Source Office & Technology is looking for an energetic and organized Dispatch Coordinator
- Tech Services to join our growing team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping customers, and keeping operations running smoothly. As our Dispatch Coordinator, you'll manage incoming service requests, coordinate with technicians, and ensure customers receive quick, efficient support.

Position Expectations:- Answer and manage incoming service calls, emails, and chats.
- Prioritize and assign service calls the right technician.
- Keep customers updated on scheduling, delays, and resolutions.
- Communicate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each service call.
- Track orders for materials, parts, and equipment.
- Identify and share recurring issues or improvement ideas with leadership.
- Support team projects and help streamline processes.
- Work across multiple software systems to stay organized and efficient.
- Duties are not limited to the above, duties as assigned or as needed may change
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, coordination, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and follow-through with customers and teammates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Pay range: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience).

- Schedule:Full Time (On-site)
- Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm MST (no nights or weekends).
