Description

This role will serve as an Admin to the General Manager of the company.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Taking phone calls.
  • Facilities management
  • Payroll management.
  • Corporate correspondence with certain parties.
  • Assigned administrative paperwork.
  • Other administrative functions as assigned.
Education
  • Two or Four Year Degree preferred, or resonating experience.
  • Fulfilling assigned tasks requires organizational skills and work ethic that comes with having a college degree of some kind. However, if they have demonstrated experience in a role like this, that is acceptable.
Experience Needed
  • 2-3 Years with a degree.
  • 5-6 without.
3 Must Haves
  • Strong Organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
