As a profitable and rapidly growing company scaling our hybrid hardware-and-software business model, we are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and high-agency operator to lead our end-to-end revenue engine.
Position Summary
The GTM Operations Specialist serves a critical function in managing the daily technical operations of Sensera’s revenue and marketing tech stack. The role sits at the intersection of the marketing and sales organizations and leans heavily towards sales operational (80%) support.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, AI-native problem solver and is comfortable using AI tools to debug a snippet of code, read a webhook payload, or solve a technical CRM issue and will help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Custom Lead Routing & System Management
- Lead Flow Monitoring:
Monitor lead payloads flowing through custom Webhooks to ensure lead scoring and routing logic execute flawlessly. - Marketo/SFDC Sync Management:
Act as the primary gatekeeper for lead flow and the sales organization. Monitor the daily sync error logs to unblock leads, fix missing attribution, and correct validation rule failures between Marketo and Salesforce. - Routing Updates:
Adjust routing rules and assignments in Marketo/GCP to support sales rep territory and account transition.
2. Sales Helpdesk & CRM Administration
- Sales, CX, and Finance Ticketing: Serve as immediate interface for sales rep requests (e.g., merge duplicate accounts, change record ownership, modify access levels).
- User Provisioning: Own the onboarding, offboarding, and permission sets for Salesforce, Gong, Zoom Info, and Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Integration Troubleshooting: Manage the Vonage integration, configure Gong trackers to capture critical floor data, and troubleshoot user activity syncing errors.
- Basic Reporting: Assist sales leaders and reps with minor modifications to existing Salesforce reports and dashboards.
3. Marketing Execution & Web Operations
- List Building:
Support the marketing growth engine by building and segmenting targeted lists in Marketo for outbound and nurture campaigns. - Enrichment Management: Monitor Zoom Info data appending to ensure inbound leads have the correct firmographic data required for our routing rules.
- Process Documentation: Maintain a living internal wiki detailing troubleshooting steps and routing rules to ensure business continuity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of dedicated experience in Revenue or Marketing Operations.
- Domain Knowledge
:
Experience with B2B SaaS, Hardware-enabled SaaS or IoT solutions preferred. - Technical
Experience:
Hands-on experience in Salesforce preferred. Experience using Marketo or related marketing operations platforms, Gong, Zoom Info and Linked In a plus. - AI-Native Workflow: Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (Claude or Gemini) to independently read webhook payloads, debug basic HTML/JS on landing pages, and troubleshoot system errors.
- Soft Skills: A self-starter and team player with strong critical-thinking skills who is highly organized and excited to work in a fast paced start-up environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
