We are re‑freshing our new call center. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule service and maintenance appointments for plumbing, heating, cooling and electric.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with invoicing, basic administrative tasks, and office support.
• Supporting each CSR and dispatcher.

• Previous customer service (CSR) experience in HVAC/plumbing industry.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and problem‑solving ability.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling Service Titan software.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
• Bright and alert – great attitude at all times.
• On time / Attention to sick time.

Required:

3 years plus CSR / dispatching plumbing, heating and electric experience. Service Titan experience – $Bonus$ SIGNBONUS
