Lerch Bates Studio | LB is seeking a Project Manager to join our Building Enclosure Consulting team in Golden, Colorado. You will act as central integrator and execution lead for multiple high-design enclosure projects, aligning design intent with performance and constructability while maintaining momentum across all phases.
The role requires 7+ years in facade or building enclosure related fields, with proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD, THERM and WUFI, and strong client relationship skills.
