* Full-time, 1.0 FTE
* Monday–Friday, 5 days per week
* Starting August 2026 for the entire 2026–2027 school year
** About the Role
** Hello Special Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher in Golden, CO to support students in ASD and SSN center-based classrooms. In this role, you’ll provide individualized instruction, develop and implement IEPs, and create a structured, supportive learning environment tailored to students’ unique needs. You’ll collaborate with a supportive school team while receiving support from a therapist-run company.

** What You’ll Do
*** Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
* Provide specialized instruction across academic and functional areas
* Support students in a structured, center-based classroom environment
* Implement appropriate behavioral and instructional strategies
* Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
* Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
* Maintain accurate progress reports and required documentation
* Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
** What We’re Looking For
*** Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with a Special Education endorsement
* Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
* Experience working with students with ASD and/or SSN preferred
* School-based experience preferred, but not required
