What You'll Do

Teach students in special education classrooms using individualized instruction
Partner with general education teachers to adapt lessons and support student success
Develop and implement lesson plans based on student needs
Conduct evaluations and document interventions
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
Help create a positive, supportive learning environment

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field from an accredited college or university
Current Colorado teaching license
Appropriate Special Education endorsement or authorization
Experience in special education preferred, but newly credentialed teachers are welcome to apply
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
