What You’ll Do- Own projects from the ground up - lead hydrogeologic investigations from concept through execution
- Lead and elevate the team - mentor junior staff and help build a strong technical bench
- Manage
drilling programs and field operations
, ensuring quality and efficiency - Design and oversee groundwater wells including aquifer tests and technical evaluations
- Support groundwater modeling and water rights strategy
- Dive into water accounting, lagging, and return flow analyses with confidence
- Translate complex data into clear, defensible technical reports
- Generate new projects and clients
- Foster
long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, or similar field (Master’s preferred)
- Registered Professional Geologist (or ability to obtain)
- 10+ years of hydrogeology and management experience with increasing responsibility
- Familiarity with Colorado water rights and regulatory landscape
- Strong command of Denver Basin and alluvial aquifer systems
- Proven leadership experience
- Clear, confident communicator both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Groundwater modeling and ArcGIS experience a plus
