** Job Title
** Quality Assurance Engineer IIAs the Quality Engineer, you will perform professional Quality Engineering assignments of considerable complexity under limited direction supervision i.e.: conduct statistical analysis in the form of capability studies, DOE’s, etc. to evaluate processes. You will also perform assignments with business systems process, metrology/ and customer program support.

* Roles and Responsibilities:

*** Manage the planning, executing, and reporting of assigned engineering projects to ensure on-time completion of activities and alignment with the site QMS. Activities might include:  + Collaborate with technical and support resources to create test, inspection, and qualification plans in consideration of internal, customer, regulatory, and quality requirements  + Ensure execution of all planned activities to schedule, either independently or in coordination with plant resources  + Provide regular updates to project management and leadership teams, including progress, roadblocks, and changes to planned deliverables  + Develop standards, procedures, sampling plans, statistical methods, gauge analyses, work instructions, control plans, FMEAs, and work instructions within the QMS to document and define processes  + Audit existing or new processes to ensure compliance with relevant internal, customer, regulatory, and quality requirements  + Collect and interpret technical data to present conclusions or solutions to internal and external stakeholders  + Compile data packages, such as FAIRs and PPAPs, to document and formally manage changes within the QMS

* Job Requirements:

**** Education & Experience****:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field preferred, or related technical field
* 4+ years of related Quality Engineering experience
* Green Belt certification preferred
* Professional Engineer and/or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred
* Auditing - certified lead auditor preferred
** Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
*** Experience with structured problem solving
* EQMS experience
* Minitab/JMP experience preferred
* Prior Project Management experience preferred
* Thorough knowledge in mechanical inspection techniques
* In-depth knowledge and implementation of statistical techniques, with ability to identify, analyze and define possible solutions for continuous product and process improvement
* Advanced math skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people from different cultures and backgrounds
** Target Hiring Range
** Annual Salary: USD 92,000.00 - USD Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
