Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Process Engineer Sr. to comprehensively optimize ceramic powder production processes and lead transfers from R&D to full-scale manufacturing.
You will oversee equipment installation, commissioning, validation, and scale-up, collaborating cross-functionally to drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will partner with vendors, develop process documentation, and actively apply Lean Six Sigma and data-driven decision making to improve yield and throughput.
