EHS Specialist

Kratos Industries LLC, a Houston-based manufacturer of high-performance oilfield pressure control equipment, is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead safety and environmental programs across our manufacturing and field support operations. In this hands-on role, you will conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, drive compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, and deliver practical training to shop and field teams. You'll collaborate closely with operations and engineering, helping embed safety into equipment design, production, and deployment while supporting a strong, field-focused safety culture in a fast-growing environment.
