We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting audit and compliance initiatives, and contributing to efficient month‑end close processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, demonstrate initiative, and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. This role requires 4 days onsite in Golden, CO.

• Oversee day‑to‑day financial functions including expense management (Concur), accounts payable/receivable, and banking transactions, ensuring precision and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Accounting Managers to execute month‑end close activities and deliver timely, accurate financial statements.
• Provide financial insights through analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual results, as well as forecasting efforts.
• Perform detailed reconciliations and complex financial reviews to uphold accounting standards and internal controls.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for Concur, offering training and support to team members as needed.
• Facilitate external audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Contribute to tax reporting and compliance initiatives alongside the Accounting Managers.
• Lead the Sunshine Act compliance project, ensuring all requirements are met and documented.
• Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating diligence and precision.
• Stay informed on evolving accounting and tax regulations, conducting research to guide best practices.
• Collaborate across departments to support financial initiatives and foster a team‑oriented culture.
• Approach challenges with a proactive mindset and contribute to process optimization efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, ideally within the healthcare or medical device sector.
• Solid understanding of tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, especially Excel and accounting software.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 2–3 times per year.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment with a positive, service‑driven attitude.
• Flexibility to support after‑hours work when necessary, especially during critical periods like month‑end close.

• Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
• Pay Range: $45-$55/hr. (DOE)
