Veri Core Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Director of Nursing to support a thriving assisted living community in Golden, Colorado.

This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity open to RN or LPN candidates who excel in clinical leadership, compliance, and team collaboration.

• Lead and oversee daily clinical operations for assisted living residents
• Provide clinical guidance to nursing and care staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice standards
• Support resident care planning and family communication
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for the community

• RN or LPN with strong assisted living or long-term care experience
• Proven leadership and clinical coordination skills
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent role
• Passion for quality care and operational excellence
