Review the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and complete setup according to it;
Set up tables and maintain neat, clean service stations;
Attend to guests and respond to requests promptly during functions;
Serve and replenish beverages and assist with buffet/setup and breakdown as needed;
Follow sanitation guidelines and assist with equipment and back-of-house areas
