Job Summary For ArcGIS Developer (Golden, CO)
- Develop, analyze, and maintain complex geographic databases and GIS feature sets using ArcGIS Desktop/Pro/Enterprise and related tools.
- Automate GIS workflows and data processes using Python (Arc Py/API) and FME for ETL operations.
- Design and implement enterprise geodatabases (ArcSDE), ensuring data integrity, structure, and spatial data integration.
- Lead GIS projects, coordinate with external contractors/suppliers, and provide project management support (scheduling, budgeting, compliance).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize GIS software applications and data pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance, quality assurance, and quality control of spatial data (manual and automated).
- Fulfill map and data requests for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Review, verify, and correct mapping data from government agencies or private contractors.
- Prepare project documentation, recommendations, and reports for management.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise in ESRI products, SQL, and related GIS technologies.
