Location: Golden, CO (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite)
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $125k–$135k base + bonus and benefits
The RoleWe are looking for a hands‑on Senior Dev Ops Engineer to design, build, and operate the infrastructure for our mission‑critical data intelligence platform. You will own the platform end‑to‑end—from provisioning to incident response—working in a regulated Fin Tech environment.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure & Design: Architect and maintain scalable, high‑availability platforms.
- Automation: Drive CI/CD maturity and automate provisioning, deployments, and scaling.
- Reliability: Oversee monitoring, performance tuning, and 24/7 uptime.
- Security: Implement security and data protection best practices for compliance.
- Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and collaborate with software engineering teams.
- Cloud & Containers: Expert‑level knowledge of AWS (Required) and containerization.
- IaC Tools: Proficiency in Terraform
, Ansible
, and/or Open Tofu
. - CI/CD:
Experience with
Jenkins
, Harness
, or similar tools. - Background: Proven experience in mission‑critical, high‑scale, or regulated environments
