Position Details:

Pay: $22/hour + commissions and bonuses

Hours:

30-40 hours per week

Benefits:

Your Role:

Build lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through insurance options

Provide expert advice to help clients select tailored solutions for property, casualty, and life insurance needs

Use your sales skills to exceed performance goals and drive revenue growth

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our systems

What We’re Looking For:

Licenses

Required:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses

Sales

Experience:

Proven success in a sales role, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets

People-Oriented:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-Starter:
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
