Role DescriptionThis full‑time, on‑site Insurance Specialist role is based in Golden, CO. The Insurance Specialist will assist in delivering exceptional service by managing insurance policies, supporting insurance brokerage processes, and helping clients with their coverage needs. They will provide accurate financial information and support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure customers have a positive experience. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining records and collaborating with other team members to meet client needs.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
- Experience in Customer Service and effective Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Finance and the ability to analyze financial data
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance or finance are a plus
