• Pay: $22/hour + commissions and bonuses
• Hours:
  
  30-40 hours per week

• 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)
• 401(k) with employer matching

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage client accounts by reviewing and updating insurance policies as needed.
• Provide expert advice to help clients select tailored solutions for property, casualty, and life insurance needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products to meet client needs.
• Ensure client records are accurate and up to date in our systems.
• Actively work toward achieving performance goals and contributing to agency growth.

• Licenses
  
  Required:
  
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses.
• Account Management
  
  Experience:
  
  Proven success in managing client relationships, with a history of delivering excellent customer service and meeting targets.
• People-Oriented:
  Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented:
  Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Self-Starter:
  Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
