What You’ll Do Team Leadership
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Manage workload and resource planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews and career development planning.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
  • Foster engagement, accountability, and strong team culture.
Business & Client Leadership
  • Lead business development efforts across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, including Master Service Agreements where applicable.
  • Support proposals, fee development, and team financial performance.
  • Serve as a key representative of EEI to clients and partners.

Success in this role is measured by team engagement, delivery quality, client satisfaction, and contribution to financial targets.

What You’ll Bring Required
  • Experience leading and coaching technical professionals.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing team dynamics and client partnerships.
  • Senior‑level technical/project management experience.
Preferred
  • PE registration.
  • Relevant certifications (USGBC, AABC, NEBB, TABB, PMI, AEE, BCxA).
