A growing manufacturing company is looking to add an Assembly Technician to their team. They take pride in producing high quality products and creating an environment where employees can learn, contribute, and grow.

In this full time, temp to hire role, you will assemble products by following work orders and procedures, perform quality and safety checks, use hand and power tools to complete assemblies, package finished products, and help troubleshoot production issues as needed.

This position is a great fit for someone with at least 1 year of previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience who enjoys hands on work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assemble products accurately by following work orders and standard operating procedures
• Perform quality, safety, and functional checks throughout the assembly process
• Use hand tools, electric drivers, and fixtures to complete product assembly
• Package, label, and prepare completed products for the next stage of production
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns or supply needs to leadership

• At least 1 year of previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience required
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to follow written instructions and adapt to process changes
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership. Experience working with calipers and micrometers

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm

Pay: $19-20/hr
