• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $21.00/hour
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $20.00/hour
• Monday – Friday

As a Production Technician, you'll work alongside experienced trainers to learn specialized manufacturing processes involving chemical etching, metal preparation, and production equipment operation. This role plays a critical part in producing precision‑engineered products for high‑tech industries.

• Operate manufacturing equipment following established procedures and quality standards
• Learn and understand process chemistry requirements
• Conduct in‑process inspections to ensure product quality
• Read and verify work orders for accuracy and completeness
• Enter production and quality data into the manufacturing system
• Safely handle materials and finished products using approved techniques
• Assist in cross‑training opportunities and other production tasks as needed
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Experience working with chemicals is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
