Operate heavy front-end loaders to feed cold feed bins and maintain stockpiles;
Monitor and report raw material quality and ensure mix integrity for DOT specifications;
Assist Plant Operator with conveyor speeds, temperature gauges, and asphalt oil flow;
Perform minor field repairs and maintenance tasks including replacing idlers and clearing blockages;
Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and participate in safety/near-miss reporting
