2nd Shift Paint Lead

*** THE HOURS FOR THIS JOB ARE 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM MONDAY - THURSDAY
*** Assist Paint Department by mixing paint for the paint staff, stock and inventory mixing room supplies. Clean/organize the mixing room.

Duties and responsibilities

Prepare and mix current production paint lines in gallon cans for both mixing rooms.

Clean and prep mixing rooms each shift

Set up a mixing room with necessary paint/supplies each shift.

Check stock levels of paints and toners, order when necessary

Mix paints per job for Service Parts Other duties as assigned.

Load and prep parts for booth rotations.

Organize and set up for booth rotation.

Spray parts to color value

Ensure parts are clean, sand and nib any debris between coats.

Follow all paint procedures and refer SDS sheets.

Wear all proper PPEAttend Production meetings that take place every morning and every afternoon.

Swipe part into tablet

Prepare painter daily to be successful in their shift.

Get parts ready for painters.

Monitor the quality of work during your shift.

Assist in training painters.
