This is a full-time temporary-to-hire job and a great opportunity to play a critical part in making sure their clients receive their much needed parts on time without delay.

Kiln LoaderJob Duties:
- Carefully load ceramic parts onto kiln trays and fixtures, making sure everything is placed correctly before firing.
- Check parts and materials for chips, cracks, or other damage before loading them into the kiln.
- Move and stage materials to keep production running smoothly throughout the day.
- Follow loading instructions and handle parts with care to help prevent damage during the firing process.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe while following company procedures.
- Some experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or a hands-on work environment is preferred.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Comfortable handling fragile parts with care and paying close attention to detail.
- Able to follow written instructions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work well with a team.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (OT is required)
Pay: $20 per hour
