The Kong Company LLC in Golden, Colorado is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a 2pm–10pm Monday–Friday shift. You will train press operators, coordinate batches of rubber, and support the Shift Supervisor to sustain profitability in the manufacturing department.
Responsibilities include on-going coaching, operating and maintaining machines safely, conducting downtime logging, inventory control, and ensuring data accuracy.
