Production Technician

We are currently looking for team members in the following production areas:

• Final Aesthetics
• Filament Winding

Previous manufacturing experience is welcome, but it is not required
. Steelhead will provide on-the-job training and help each new team member develop the skills needed to safely operate equipment, follow manufacturing procedures, inspect their work, and produce high-quality composite products.

Production team members may be cross-trained in multiple areas, including composite processing, filament winding, finishing, assembly, material preparation, equipment operation, inspection, and pressure testing support. The right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important than having a long résumé.

Position Type:
Full-Time, Hourly

Pay Range: $15.16 to $22.00 per hour. Starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. Steelhead will provide the training needed to succeed in the role.
