Job Description

A key focus of this role is growing support for The Intrepid Foundation in the Americas through partnerships and fundraising.

You'llbuild a pipeline of values-aligned partners and funders, develop compelling funding proposals, and work closely with our global team to turn shared values into meaningful action.

This is a hybrid role based in one of our offices in Seattle, Denver or Toronto. The starting salary is USD $85,000, with the overall range varying by region and experience, as this role is advertised across multiple locations in the US and Canada.

• At leastfiveyears' experience working within a 501c3 charity or an equivalent non-profit or philanthropic organization

• Demonstrated experience building and managing stakeholder relationships within a business development,fundraisingor partnership environment.

• Experience working with fundraising,financialtargetsand budgets.

• Working knowledge of environmental and social impacts within a business setting.

• An understanding of philanthropy within the US context.

• A genuine connection to Intrepid'sresponsible travel philosophy and Purpose Beyond Profit ethos.
