LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse (Full-time Evening Shift) – Cherrelyn Healthcare Center

Your Role:

In the heart of our mission, our LPNs play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents. The Stellar way is characterized by kindness, professionalism, clinical excellence, and respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your duties will include:

  • Provide Direct Nursing Care to Residents in Accordance with Care Plans and Physician Orders
  • Administer Medications and Treatments Safely and Accurately
  • Monitor and Assess Resident Conditions and Report Changes to the RN or Physician
  • Supervise and Support CNAs to Ensure Quality Care Delivery
  • Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation of Care and Services Provided
  • Respond to Resident Needs and Call Lights with Compassion and Urgency
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members to Ensure Holistic Care
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN License in Good Standing
  • Knowledge of Nursing Practices, Procedures, and Regulations
  • Strong Clinical and Assessment Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
  • Can-Do Attitude with a Commitment to Exceptional Resident Care
  • A Genuine Love for Seniors
