Amerita, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide home infusion nursing services, assess patients, and drive plans of care in the patient’s home. You will work with pharmacists, clinicians, and caregivers to ensure therapy goals are met while adhering to INS/IgNS and CDC guidelines.
Candidates must have an RN license, CPR certification, and a flexible schedule with 100% travel to patient homes. Infusion/home health experience is preferred.
