Key

Qualifications:

• Active RN license valid in Colorado or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years recent Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) scrub and circulating experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Effective communication and adaptability within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the CVOR setting, collaborating with surgeons and perioperative staff
• Prepare, monitor, and assess patients before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain sterility, safety protocols, and proper documentation throughout procedures
• Implement physician orders and support surgical teams with critical decision-making in high-acuity situations
• Offer compassionate, patient-focused care and education to patients and their families
