We are seeking a results-driven Enrollment Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing early childhood education organization bassed in the Denver area. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape enrollment strategy, coach school directors, and drive occupancy across multiple sites. Our client delivers philosophy-driven, high-quality education that goes beyond standard daycare — creating a school-like environment families love.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead enrollment strategy to achieve occupancy targets of 85–90% across all school locations.
  • Manage the full enrollment funnel: lead generation → tours → applications → enrollments.
  • Implement best practices for tours, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
  • Standardize enrollment workflows across multiple sites.
  • Mentor and coach school directors on consultative selling, relationship-building, and objection handling.
  • Conduct live tours and role-playing sessions to strengthen enrollment skills.
  • Track and analyze key metrics — including tours, applications, enrollments, and conversion rates — to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to optimize messaging and enrollment performance.
  • Travel regularly to 4–5 school locations to support site-level performance.
What You Bring
  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales, enrollment, admissions, or consultative selling.
  • Proven success in improving conversion rates and sales processes.
  • Experience coaching or training teams.
  • CRM proficiency and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Multi-site or cross-team management experience preferred.
  • Preferred Experience
    • Preschool, childcare, or private school admissions.
    • Customer-focused industries such as healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
    • Multi-location business environments.
