The RoleWe’re looking for a high-performance leader who thrives on results and knows how to inspire a team to exceed goals. Technical HVAC experience is a plus, but not required—the key to success in this role is sales leadership, accountability, and a relentless drive to win

- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and service teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and customer excellence.
- Monitor KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive department-wide sales initiatives.
- Provide coaching on both customer communication and upselling best practices.
- Proven sales management success with a track record of exceeding goals.
- High energy, competitive, and performance-driven.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude or HVAC knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.
