Christopher’s Dodge Ram in Golden is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team!

Previous dealership Automotive Sales Consultant experience is required.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Ability to solve practical problems
• Ability to use mobile applications
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background, driving, and drug)
• Must be at least nineteen years of age
• Prior Automotive Sales Experience
• State of Colorado Auto Industry Salesperson License

• Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month
• Write and complete sales orders and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
• Communicate and follow‑up effectively with customers and prospects in all manners of communication
• Keep up‑to‑date on new products and services within the industry
• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
• Dress and behave in a professional manner at all times
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Attend training courses as requested by management
• Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws, which govern retail automobile sales
• Clean snow off vehicles when necessary
• Other duties as required

• Compensation: $80,424 - $144,080 annually (2024 range; wage is calculated based on commission sales volume achieved)

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA):
Pay Range: $80,424 - $144,080 Commission (based on 2024 yearly totals). Position may offer the opportunity to earn additional/bonus compensation.
