Armed Security Shift Supervisor

Allied Universal, a leader in the provision of security solutions, is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. This role is critical in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' facilities, staff, and visitors. As an Armed Security Shift Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with our team of security professionals and integrate advanced technology and strategic practices to uphold safety and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and activities of security personnel during assigned shifts.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and debriefings for security staff and manage the deployment of personnel.
• Ensure all security personnel adhere to operational policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, or security breaches and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain communication with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of site-specific security procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks of the premises.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to security team members.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of security weapons and equipment.
