Job SummaryResponsible for delivering effective, efficient, and timely service to multiple buildings within the Molson Coors campus as necessary. The RMMC Lead will guide all trades team members and help perform a variety of Maintenance work. EMCOR Technicians perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and service of commercial and industrial systems. Technicians perform tests and analysis of data to assure the proper functioning of equipment and provide recommendations as appropriate.
Understands control operation, and sequence of operation for a variety of HVAC systems. Utilizes multiple trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and roofing, HVAC, and other skills as needed to solve maintenance problems. Has strong communication skills and is able to foster strong relationships with customers, vendors and team members.
- Follow all safety procedures, compliance, and protocols. Ensure that pre-task planning is complete for each and every task.
- Complete Preventative Maintenance checks and services and repairs on all HVAC systems within the facility.
- General repair and troubleshooting on steam systems, boilers, air handlers, duct work, fan motors, pulleys, condensate systems and more.
- Safe and efficient EPA compliant use of the refrigerants as it relates to the HVAC and other equipment.
- Complete documentation and forms and submit to Supervisor’s and Site manager.
- Schedule, organize, and oversee the duties of the team at the RMMC.
- Verify work is completed and follow-up communication with customers.
- Identifying, purchasing, and assisting team members with parts and tools necessary to complete work partnering with each trade Lead and or Supervisor.
- Have basic computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively via email and the internet to Supervisor and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required, vocational or industry trade school required (Work experience may be substituted).
- 5 years related work experience required.
- Hands On leadership role — employee must wear tools and perform work while assisting and supporting his crew.
- EPA Universal certification required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to navigate stairs, ladders, catwalks, etc.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
