Assists mechanics in troubleshooting equipment issues and learns to identify mechanical problems;
Performs basic service tasks such as oil changes, greasing, adding fluids, changing filters, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules;
Learn and assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, hydraulic systems, diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, drive trains, etc.;
Assists in adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments;
Help repair or replace defective parts following proper procedures and safety standards
