Duties:

  • Perform duct, vent, and HVAC component cleaning using approved tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures when working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas.
  • Maintain and inspect duct cleaning tools, vacuums, and machinery.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and explain the cleaning process.
  • Ensure all work meets company standards and homes are left clean post-service.
  • Document services performed and report any system issues or concerns.
  • Take before-and-after photos for quality control when required.
  • Collaborate with HVAC or plumbing teams as needed on job sites.
  • Represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Comfortable operating duct cleaning tools and working in attics/crawlspaces.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, kneeling).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team.
  • Open to flexible scheduling, including weekend days.
