Duties:
- Perform duct, vent, and HVAC component cleaning using approved tools and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures when working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas.
- Maintain and inspect duct cleaning tools, vacuums, and machinery.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain the cleaning process.
- Ensure all work meets company standards and homes are left clean post-service.
- Document services performed and report any system issues or concerns.
- Take before-and-after photos for quality control when required.
- Collaborate with HVAC or plumbing teams as needed on job sites.
- Represent the company professionally.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Comfortable operating duct cleaning tools and working in attics/crawlspaces.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, kneeling).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team.
- Open to flexible scheduling, including weekend days.
