Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician – Locations:
Henderson, Parker, or Golden.

Monday–Friday work week, Day Shift.

Guaranteed hourly wage: $28–$45 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

• Perform inspections to determine cause of failure following established guidelines.
• Effectively repair machine components in the field at high quality levels.
• Recondition and repair equipment and components.
• Plan methods and sequence of performing assigned repairs.
• Pre‑order all parts and materials required to perform assigned repairs.
• Perform repairs in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure all repairs are completed as assigned and meet cosmetic appearance standards.
• Maintain the work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Maintain accurate records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases related to repairs.
• Ensure records are legible and in compliance with established methods.
• Report daily record‑keeping from the field, even when not returning daily to the office.
• Maintain shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Maintain a professional and neat personal appearance; wear required personal protective equipment and encourage others to do so.
• Communicate with customers and co‑workers with respect and integrity.

• 3–5 years of experience as an equipment technician.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment without direct supervision.
• Contribute to teamwork and cooperation within the branch location, especially with parts personnel and other service technicians.
• Technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience as a field service technician preferred.
• Must pass a drug screen.

• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 50–100 pounds; frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 20–50 pounds; continuously lift, carry, push, or pull 10–20 pounds.
• Regularly stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects; occasionally sit, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl.
• Consistently exposed to outdoor weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
