Psychosocial Support and Counseling for Elementary School Students

Provide psychosocial support and counseling to elementary school students while collaborating with school staff to develop individualized support plans. This 36-week contract in Golden, Colorado offers competitive compensation and benefits for licensed social workers.

• Provide psychosocial assessment, counseling, and support to students in elementary school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop individualized support plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate student care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per school district policies.
• Engage in community outreach and resource linkage for student needs.

• CDE SSW licensure required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in school social work or related field.
• Strong communication, empathy, and ability to manage caseloads.
• Background checks and compliance as required for school settings.
• Physical ability to work in a school environment during daytime hours.
