School Social Worker Opportunity

AMN Healthcare is partnering with a school district in the western suburbs of Denver, CO to help provide a full-time School Social Worker for the 26/27 school year. You will work 37.5 hours per week, supporting students' social, emotional, and academic well-being. Responsibilities for this role include providing direct support to students to help them understand and manage their emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies.

The Social Worker will also create individualized support plans and conduct interventions to address issues such as bullying, crisis situations, and behavioral challenges. Throughout the school year, they will provide counseling services to students in individual and group settings. The Social Worker will also assist in providing training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to drive social and emotional development both in school and  western Denver suburbs offer easy access to vibrant nightlife, a thriving music and art scene, diverse food options, and outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and exploring the Rocky Mountains.
