** About the Role
** Hello School Social Workers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Social Workers to support students in an elementary school near Golden, CO. In this role, you’ll provide individual and group social-emotional support, collaborate with school teams and families, and help students navigate academic, behavioral, and social challenges. You’ll work closely with educators and other specialists while receiving support from a therapist-owned and operated company.

** What You’ll Do
*** Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development
* Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed
* Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings
* Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
* Support attendance, engagement, and wraparound services for students and families
* Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans
* Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
* Connect families to community resources and supports
** What We’re Looking For
*** Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) School Social Worker license/credential
* Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
* Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
* Experience supporting students with diverse academic, behavioral, or social-emotional needs preferred
